In a town declared a national monument by the government of Greece, this home offers modern comfort and luxuries combined with old world charm, custom hand-made furnishings and intensive use of Talavera tile.

The bedrooms are stocked with king-size bed, queen size bed, twin bed and sofa sleeper. You will be pleased to cook your favorite’s recipes in the fully equipped kitchen. There is a fantastic provision for barbecuing as well. The bathrooms are well designated as per modern standards.

The amenities that The Old Olive Press vacation rental offers are nearly endless. Enjoy your pleasurable time inside our retreat watching satellite TV; you can hook some flick as we even have the DVD player. The work out period includes gym and numerous sports like air hockey, basketball, foot ball.

Rates are the same regardless of season, so first come first serve basis.

Barbecue	Private Charcoal Barbecue The original 19th century bread oven has been refurbished to create the perfect charcoal barbeque. All the heat you need, with none of the smoke. I provide the charcoal gratis, now all you need is some locally reared meat from the village butcher !
Bathroom	Spa Bath/Jetted Tub Shower Hair Dryer The bathroom is a spacious and fully tiled wet room. Large corner jaccuzi with reproduction antique mixer shower over, shell design wash basin, WC with wooden seat, and no nasty little bin !!! There is also an automatic washing machine for your personal use. A fresh stack of bathroom towels is provided provided for your stay, along with complimentary soap, shampoo and washing powder. All cotton bed linen is professionally laundered and pressed weekly. There is also a safety heater for winter visitors.
Bedding	Twin Bed Queen Bed Day Bed The lounge has twin daybeds which are full size singles with orthopaedic mattresses, low allergen pillows and all cotton bed linen to sleep two people at night. Wooden staircase leads to the gallery bedroom with queen size brass framed double bed also with orthopaedic mattress etc. Twin wardrobe/drawer units, bedside tables and reading lamps. All cotton bed linen is professionally laundered and pressed weekly. Blankets are provided for winter visitors.
Cooling Comfort	Ceiling Fans Air Conditioning 2x18BTU airconditioning units provide fast cooling or heating as required throughout the house. Both the lounge and dining room are fitted with ceiling fans, and a table fan is provided for the gallery bedroom.

Leave the car in Haraki square, wander down past the church, and one of the most beautiful horseshoe bays in Greece will open out before you. Take a walk along the pedestrian only promenade with its single row of laid-back tavernas and friendly family run restaurants. The bay is overlooked by the ruins of Pheraklos Castle, which provide an especially dramatic backdrop when lit up at night. During the day, some tavernas will offer you free use of their sunbeds and parasols if you make good use of their bar facilities! The soft golden sands of Agathi Beach are backed by nothing but mountains and sand dunes. The sea is warm, shallow and clear, providing safe swimming for all, and great snorkelling. Sunbeds and parasols are available to rent, and not overcrowded, and there is a choice of 3 licensed marquee style-tavernas serving everything from cold drinks to a 3 course meal at very reasonable prices. Rental Policies:

Booking your holiday at the Old Olive Press

A deposit of 20% of the agreed price is required to book your holiday. This can be done by bank transfer, or by credit/debit card via PayPal.

The balance should be paid four weeks prior to your arrival using the same payment method. On arrival, a security bond of 200 euros must be paid to insure against any serious damage. Provided there is none, it will be returned in full on your departure.
