Reservations are subject to the following: A $ 25.00 reservation fee/cancellation fee for any reservation/cancellation made. If you cancel within 14 days of arrival date, you will be charged 50% of the total reservation cost. Reservations that are canceled 48 hours prior to arrival date will be charged 100% of reservation cost. If payment has not been made by check 14 days prior to arrival date, your credit card will be charged 72 to 48 hours prior to arrival date. We need full payment before your arrival. To make a reservation we will need your full name, Credit Card billing address, cell phone number, credit card number and expiration date.
