Welcome to Highfield Bed and Breakfast - offering comfortable en suite accommodation near to Lulworth Cove, Durdle Door and the rest of the Purbeck region. We are a family home in the peaceful hamlet of Coombe Keynes set among thatched cottages and backing on to open fields. We are situated only five minutes drive from the sea, and have ample overnight car parking and secure bike storage. We are a great base from which you can enjoy a range of inland and coastal walks including Lulworth Cove and Durdle Door. Other local attractions are horse riding, visiting Monkey World and Bovington Tank Museum, golf, sailing, steam railway rides, bird watching, clay pigeon shooting and much more... We have free Wi-Fi access for all our guests and being truly local to the area we can help you with ideas for your holiday itinerary.
We have 3 comfortable guest rooms: Bedroom 1 - Large double en suite bedroom. King size bed. Flat screen TV with DVD player. Drinks making facilities. Overlooking thatched cottages around the village green. Bedroom 2 - Smaller double en suite bedroom. TV and drinks making facilities. Overlooking the sunny south facing garden and open farmland. Bedroom 3 - Large double bedroom with wash basin, TV and drinks making facilities. This room is let with its own private bathroom two steps across the hall (shower over bath). Room overlooks the sunny south facing garden & open farmland. All rooms have free Wi-Fi access and guests also have the full use of the dining / lounge area with woodburning stove, TV & our interesting local book collection.
