This deluxe villa (apprx 1500 sq.ft.) with patio, is part of the spectacular Grand Marina Villas of Paradise Village Hotel complex, in Nuevo Vallarta, Mexico. This tastefully furnished ground floor unit includes a large bedroom, two full bathrooms, a large living/dining room, a fully equipped kitchen and laundry room. Unit sleeps four adults comfortably, or a family with two children through the use of additional sleeping accommodations, (trundle couch, or Queen Aerobed (shown on ‘Unit Photos page’) which can be used in the large living/dining room area. The second bathroom is located just off this area.
The property is an exclusive gated community, with security guards on-site, and medical doctors at the clinic next door, both available 24 hours. Also included are: - Our own Grand Marina private heated pool; hot tub; child's pool; palapa entertainment center and outdoor grill for barbeque, or parties.
The Paradise Village Hotel offers membership in their Social Beach Club which allows use of many of their amenities. Paradise Village Guest Social Membership is available for a fee ($15US per person + 15% Mexican tax). This price is subject to change. Membership is good for the length of your stay, up to one month. Amenities include: El Tigre Golf Course, the fantastic Spa Hacienda, the new Sports Club, Tennis courts, and the Paradise Village Beach Club, as well as the hotel restaurants. (reservations after 6:00 p.m. only) Boat slips, golf carts and greens also have fees.
Many fine restaurants are in the immediate area. Golf and shopping are minutes away. If you want to enjoy the championship 18 hole El Tigre Golf Course, Championship Tennis Courts, Paradise Village Beach Club and pool area, restaurants, and other amenities of Paradise Village, you will need to apply for a temporary Social Beach Club Guest Membership, which is good for up to one month.
The Paradise Shopping Mall is open to the public and located adjacent to our Grand Marina Villas property. There are many types of tours available, you may check with the kiosks in the Mall or with the hotel for specific information.
Nuevo Vallarta is only 10 to 15 minutes north of the Puerto Vallarta International Airport.
